Why are these ranges, not single numbers?

The bands reflect what we actually charge. Volume, complexity, compliance scope, and risk profile all move the number. We'd rather show you the real range than a misleading "starting at" headline. The first scoping call narrows it to a number on the page.

How is the IT Partnership priced?

Per-user, per-month. $150–$250 per user per month. Volume and scope dependent. Includes Help Desk, Systems Admin, Managed Network, vITM, vCIO, and ATM cybersecurity.

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

IT Partnership and Backbone: no setup fee, month-to-month with a 60-day exit term. AI Compass and AI Cultivate: yes — each has a defined onboarding fee and a 12-month minimum because the build investment is substantial. We don't hide either.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status typically receive 15–20% off published bands, plus we help you access Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit and Google for Nonprofits programs that can save thousands per year on licensing alone. Trade associations and 501(c)(6) organizations are priced the same as commercial clients.

Can we mix products?

Yes — and most of our larger clients do. The IT Partnership pairs with Compass and Cultivate naturally; Backbone pairs with project work; Compliance Management can attach to either Partnership or Backbone. We'll model the right mix during scoping.

How do hardware and software costs work?

Hardware and third-party software (M365 licenses, security tools, network equipment) are billed at cost. The Wellforce fee covers the labor and operating cadence around them. We pass through procurement at our partner pricing — usually better than retail.

How quickly can we know our actual number?

A 30-minute scoping call usually pins down the band. Formal quotes turn around in 3–5 business days after a discovery walkthrough. We don't use the quote process to stall — if you want a number, we'll get you one.
